We worked on our mistakes, developed an action plan, and worked very hard at the exhibition. In less than one day, we received about fifty responses from talented potential candidates to strengthen our team. We also managed to arrange some very interesting meetings that will not only benefit our recruitment team but also other areas of our business development.
